Past ProjectsNext Generation Consulting Group worked with a variety of organizations to achieve their desired results and progress toward meeting their missions. Our clients in the past include: Annie E. Casey Foundation’s Leadership in Action ProgramCharged with developing leaders and aligning their efforts to move from “talk to action” regarding early education for children, Casey has demonstrated the effectiveness of combining Results Based Accountability and various leadership development activities to show measurable results. NGCG has been one of the partners in providing coach-facilitation technical assistance, training on Results Based Facilitation and Decision Making, as well as insights on race/class/culture training for other coach-facilitators. NGCG is the lead collaborator to expand the Casey model to the city of Baltimore, Maryland to address the issue of Babies Born Healthy as measured by infant mortality, low birth weight and premature delivery rates. South End Community Health Center (SBCHC)NGCG provided management consulting services to SBCHC as they begin their efforts to retool their management staff structure and processes. NGCG assisted the center as it created a more cohesive and empowered staff to advance the mission of the health center. Connecticut Health Foundation (CT Health)NGCG provided support to the foundation to better determine the performance of the grant making, technical assistance and policy brief development for their Oral Health Initiative.
